Filipino artists from the likes of Tago Jazz Collective to Ely Buendia will provide live accompaniment. Now on its 10th year, this year’s festival includes exhibitions,  lectures, and workshops with international film experts. Expect masterful art forms from the 9 participating countries: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, UK, USA, and the Philippines.
