01 Cine EuropaCine Europa Film Festival 2016

Now on its 19th run, this year’s Cine Europa will showcase 24 movies from 17 EU member states and Norway. The film festival will be highlighted by a strong line-up of Filipino filmmakers who have made their mark in Europe and in other countries. All featured films will revolve around the theme of “friendship”, in celebration of the 25 years of the European Union Delegation to the Philippines, which highlights the friendship between the EU and the Philippines. We hope to see EU there!

02 RakenrolRakenrol 5th Anniversary Screening x Gig

Quark Henares’ much-loved indie film and ode to Philippine music is turning 5 this year! For one night, fans of Rakenrol can enjoy a screening of the film and the musical treat that follows. Rock ‘n roll with popular Pinoy bands like Sandwich, Gab and John (Urbandub), Ciudad, Taken by Cars, and Us-2 Evil-0. Some of the main actors from the movie will also  be performing. Ticket prices come with a free beer and the license to rock the night away. Altogether now: Funk’s not death!

13 Book Fair37th Manila International Book Fair
